Art Waves
Branding design for ‘Art Waves’, a Southampton-based children’s art club.
Logo Development
The workshops are held in Southampton, a medieval city situated next to the English Channel on the south coast of the UK.
The logo needed to incorporate both the historical and seaside elements, as well as being approachable and welcoming.
As one of the workshop facilitators of Art Waves, I worked with the rest of the group in designing something we all felt represented the club well.
We loved how the final logo includes waves, while also referencing a medieval jester hat - fun and friendly.
Colours
The high-contrast colours are gender neutral, eye-catching, and spark creativity!
